It gives me so many false negatives that I have come to the conclusion that it is time for a change. I've been testing AVG and can report that it seems to be working wonderfully, and it doesn't slow my computer down to a crawl every time I press a key! I am a bit of a free software fanatic - www.lessfuss.co.uk - and have encountered similar problems myself, and been emailed by people concerned by such issues.
